Return/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
I have worked hard to create quality products and many of my hand sewn items are made to order. My clothing is also done in limited runs, meaning I donʻt have a huge back stock for exchanges if you purchase a size too small. If in doubt, I always recommend sizing up. 
I am human and sometimes if I make a mistake (send the wrong size/item) I will find a way rectify the situation.
If for some reason you feel your product does not meet the product description, contact me immediately. The buyer will be in charge of ALL shipping costs. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery and the item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in brand new condition (not worn/used) for baby health/hygiene reasons. Once the item is received you will receive shop credit for the item purchased (minus shipping/tax).

The Keiki Dept is not responsible for lost items once the item is mailed.
